Who we are

Emerson’s Bakehouse is a small business owned by Sarah in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. We specialize in gourmet cookies and crispy treats, and we plan to keep expanding the dessert menu — and work our way into coffee.

Our large cookies are oversized, about a quarter pound each, handcrafted in small batches for chewy centers and crisp edges. Every box — large or mini — lets you choose the mix from ten flavors, from classic Chocolate Chip to Purple Ube, and our crispies are thick crispy rice treats finished with toppings.

We’re a home-based cottage food bakery, so there’s no storefront. Order online and choose scheduled pickup at The Green at Lakewood Ranch, local delivery in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton and Sarasota, or shipping across the U.S.
