Order Policies

Ordering & notice

Orders are placed online and need at least 2 days’ notice. Pickup orders placed after 5 PM count as placed the next day. You can schedule up to 30 days ahead. Each pickup and delivery window has a limited number of orders.

Online orders are limited to 12 items. For larger orders, please send a catering request.

Payment & confirmation

After you place an order, you’ll pay on a secure QuickBooks Payments page. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified — you’ll see the confirmation on your order page and receive a confirmation email. Unpaid orders hold their time slot for 60 minutes; after that the slot may be released to other customers.

Pickup

Pickup is at The Green at Lakewood Ranch (State Road 70 & Lakewood Ranch Blvd). Meet us at the corner by BurgerFi. Please arrive during the pickup window you chose. If you’re running late, email us.

Delivery

Local delivery is available up to 20 miles from our kitchen, priced by distance (see our pickup, delivery & shipping page), during the window you choose. Please enter a complete address and a phone number we can reach during your delivery window.

Shipping

Shipped orders go out on the ship date you choose, by the carrier service you pick at checkout. We email (and text, if you opt in) a tracking link when it ships. Please double-check the address — we can’t reship packages sent to an incorrect address, and cookies should be brought inside promptly when they arrive.

Changes & cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll let you know what we can do. Changes close to your pickup or delivery date may not be possible.

Returns & problems with an order

Because our cookies and treats are perishable, we can’t accept returns. If something isn’t right with your order, email us right away with your order number and a photo so we can look into it.

Allergens

Our cookies contain wheat, milk, eggs and soy, and our Reese’s Peanut Butter cookie also contains peanuts. Our crispies contain milk, soy and gluten (from barley malt). Everything is made in a kitchen that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. We can’t guarantee any item is free of allergens.
