Pick your cookies, choose a date and time window, and pay securely online. We’ll have your order ready at the time you choose.

Start an order

Order at least 2 days ahead. Pickup orders placed after 5 PM count as the next day, and you can book up to 30 days out.

Everything is baked fresh in small batches, so we need a little notice. For big events, reach out as early as you can.

You pay online through a secure QuickBooks payment page after you place your order. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through.

We never see or store your card number — payment is handled by QuickBooks Payments (Intuit).

Email us through our contact page with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Order policies

Yes. We deliver throughout Lakewood Ranch, priced by distance from our kitchen — from $3.00 nearby. Pickup at The Green at Lakewood Ranch is always free.

We deliver up to 20 miles away, including Bradenton, Sarasota and Parrish. The fee depends on distance: $3.00 up to 2 miles, $5.00 up to 5 miles, $7.00 up to 10 miles, $10.00 up to 15 miles and $15.00 up to 20 miles. There is no order minimum for delivery. Enter your address at checkout to see your exact fee.

Yes. You pick the delivery date and time window when you check out, up to 30 days ahead.

Current delivery windows: Monday 5:30–6:30 PM; Tuesday 5:30–6:30 PM; Wednesday 5:30–6:30 PM; Thursday 5:30–6:30 PM; Friday 4:30–6:30 PM; Saturday 2–6:30 PM. Each window has a limited number of orders, so popular days can fill up.

We deliver within 20 miles of our Lakewood Ranch kitchen — Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton and nearby areas.

Yes. Choose shipping at checkout, enter the address and you’ll see live USPS, UPS and FedEx prices for your order. Orders ship on Mondays.

We only offer services that arrive within 5 days so your cookies arrive fresh. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships.

Pickup, delivery & shipping

Yes. Choose a pickup date and time window at checkout, then meet us at The Green at Lakewood Ranch (State Road 70 and Lakewood Ranch Blvd) — meet us at the corner by burgerfi.

We don’t have a storefront, so pickup happens at this meeting spot during the window you choose. Current pickup windows: Monday 5:30–6:30 PM; Tuesday 5:30–6:30 PM; Wednesday 5:30–6:30 PM; Thursday 5:30–6:30 PM; Friday 4:30–6:30 PM; Saturday 2–6:30 PM.

Right here — we make boxes of 6 large cookies ($19.80) and 12 large cookies ($38.99), plus mini cookie party packs of 20 ($26.50) or 40 ($48.00).

Crispies are our crispy rice treats made with gooey marshmallows — Unicorn Crispies (with Fruity Pebbles) and Oreo Crispies, sold in 4-packs for $16.50.

Yes. We make cookies and crispies for gatherings, parties and work events. Send a catering request with your date and headcount and we’ll get back to you.

A catering request is an inquiry, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once we’ve agreed on the details.

Yes. Mini cookie party packs of 20 or 40 are made for parties, and you choose the flavors — Birthday Cake is a favorite. For bigger parties, send a catering request.

Mini cookie party packs

Yes. For meetings and office treats, a 40 mini cookie party pack or a dozen large cookies works well. For larger events or regular orders, send a catering request.

Corporate & event orders

Our cookies contain wheat, milk, eggs and soy, and our Reese’s Peanut Butter cookie also contains peanuts. Our crispies contain milk, soy and gluten (from barley malt). Everything is made in a kitchen that also processes peanuts and tree nuts.

Our current menu doesn’t include items made free of these allergens. Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.

No. We’re a small cottage bakery, so orders are placed online for scheduled pickup or local delivery.

Florida’s cottage food law lets small bakers make certain foods, like cookies, in a home kitchen and sell them directly to customers.

Florida requires this statement on our products: “Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.”
