Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Emerson's Bakehouse, operated by Lost Wild & Free LLC, and to the use of emersonsbakehouse.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is verified. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item or time slot is no longer available, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund the amount paid.

Prices & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the website at the time of your order. Delivery fees, shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments.

Pickup, delivery, changes & returns

See our order policies for pickup, delivery, change, cancellation and return details. Because our products are perishable, they can’t be returned.

Text messages

Emerson's Bakehouse offers optional text messages: order updates (confirmation, baking, ready, out for delivery or shipped) for customers who check “Text me order updates” at checkout, and replies to questions sent through our “Text us” form. Message frequency varies (usually 3–4 texts per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us through our website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is never a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Shipping

Shipping prices come from the carrier at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier; please make sure the shipping address is correct and someone can bring the package inside promptly.

Allergens & cottage food

Product allergen information is listed on each product. Everything is made in a kitchen that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.

Photos, text and the Emerson’s Bakehouse name and logo belong to Lost Wild & Free LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
